I could beat all of those cars stock lol. As far as the "stage 1" Hahn kit, it doesnt include a lot of the parts that you will need. The "stage 5" is a ready to install kit. If you dont have a lot of money then just follow the normal build path. Slap a smaller pulley on and learn how to drive an FI FWD.

Terry- that totally sux, sorry to hear it. which "upgraded" TOB do you have? I am using the LNF one in my car and it has a nice feel to it.

Exsoccer - You have a PM, I need to get some pics to post in this thread.

Since you decided to post about what ZZP "forgot" to give you, I might as well post as well. Considering that we told you specifically that your kit was not ready to be picked up yet, and I personally told you no less than 3 times that it would be wise to have confirmation that your kit is complete before driving in to pick it up, and then you showed up anyway...yes, your kit was hurried. However, the way I see it- you are the one that "forgot" to keep your oil pan bolts. We have never sold our turbo oil pan with bolts included. Furthermore, you are the one that forgot to remove your MAP sensor from your intake. Obviously you were dealing with one person on parts trade in while someone else was assembling your turbo kit. You were the only person involved in both transactions. Since you pushed us outside of the lead time that we agreed to when you ordered the kit, you need to take responsibility for your purchase and ultimately the modifications of your vehicle. If you want us to worry about every little detail, then don't send several emails and call repeatedly demanding that we get your kit done faster than we already agreed on to begin with.

Stick with the charger. Its harder to make big hp with the blower because you need a good tune. If you have a good local tuner, run E85 or a ton of meth and make good power with Eaton.

If you feel that you must go turbo there are cheaper and better options then the Hahn kit.

I was not trying to bring ZZP down what so ever, not a hate comment. You guys do a great job with everything. Its a little frustrating when you basically compelete the whole build then realize your missing two minor components. the MAP sensor, my fault. The missing tube, understandable but not acceptable. Yes, the kit was rushed, only because The only day i could come out was friday, and not knowing you had to basically make the kit was the reason why it was rushed. I emailed Tim on tuesday to make sure the kit was going to be done, getting a responce that said he'll check with Ryan. Never got a reply back assuming because of the server down. So i stuck with the origional date, friday. I appriciate everything you guys do. You deserve my apology on posting that.

read this and educate yourself. Not a "turbo" issue. More of a shitty lsj issue that you should be aware of.

I think most say the Napa ones are equal to the stage 1.

do you know how many teeth are on the napa or stage 1's? I know there must be something like 20 or 25 teeth on the stockers, right?

Im not getting any smoke, just a little leakage from what looks like the oil return line, all the connections are tight and everything else is dry accept by the return line.

...but I work for ZZP, and I emailed you and told you that your kit was not ready yet, and not to come in on Friday morning. Either way, no hard feelings. I just didn't like the post making it look like we messed up the order when we had to throw it together on the spot.

pics of where its leaking from, its possible that your drain is too low in the pan and causing it to back up into the line. Is it a soft line or a hard line? Is it leaking from the seal at the turbo? Possible that the torque isnt correct or that the seal is bad?

Thats where its leaking... I put copper RTV on both sides of the gasket and I let it was sitting for about two days before it was started. Its just coming from the bolt where the oil is about to drip. Im not getting anything on the ground, no oil spots. Still have none. But its on the frame. I have not looked since tuesday though.

I put copper rtv on both sides of the turbo and the header. Its not coming from a seal, but looks like its coming from the bolt its dripping off of. Everything is tight, including that bolt. Even though i never touched those bolts that hold the oil return line fitting on the turbo(assuming the turbo was already ready to be bolted on).
