I'm just buggin ya Josh haha. I usually use USPS when getting things from you or ZZP. With identical things yours will always be more to ship. Could be where you are ect. But your great deals and service always make up for it

Whats my issue here? ZZP's stage 2 cams? both the intake and exhaust lobes are straight up and air is going out the exhaust and intake (I can feel it coming out of the injector port

It's obviously getting passed the valves.... maybe bent valves in that cylinder?

Pull out the cams and test again. You may have gotten one of the sets of bad cams.

Valve seals have nothing to do with air going past the valves. They keep oil from seeping down the valve into the cylinder. Have you actually measured your cams to make sure they weren't part of that bad batch? If you drove it long enough with the valves hanging open you probably burnt some valves out.

It still leaked air with no cams in... I guess I will order new valves and while im at it new seals...I suppose it would be a good idea to get the seats redone or not?

Right... So if it still leaks with no cams in then the valves are no longer sealing to the head. So either the valves are burnt out or the seats on the head are damaged. Either way the head has gotta come off. Inspect the damage before ordering anything.

I might as well order valves, if the seats are shot why put old valves on, they are cheap and this way I can have them here for my 4 day weekend

For the price why not just buy a used head? If the seats need to be cut then it would probably be cheaper to get a used head then change all your valves and cut the seats.

No down time either.

I have a great idea why don't you take the head to a machine shop and let them check it out it could be as simple as needing a valve job

now if it needs new valves guess what it will need a valve job
