Mr. B has the solution a very good one. But the bolts must be torqued and the stress fracture on the one above suggests over torqued....imho

That's exactly what mine looked like. Taking a 130K mi timing set to 8192 will do that though

It was even more of a pain since the ID1000 injector scalings I got from RLF are no where near what they need to be for my Denso 1000s.

But 3rd flash solved it... still has old gas in it too :/

Big thanks to Mrbelvedere, Lsjion and Tstone for making this build happen.

They all went out of their way to machine, assemble, port, part run and then send it all the way back to California for installation.

Official first start up vid, and idle after 3 flashes.

Ok im still getting P0101 and P1101 on a regular basis since putting on the TVS. I was reading that the frequency for the MAF needs to be increased? Would this solve my problem?

most people do not know what p0101 or p1101 is so why don't you try posting the code and definition if you had tool the time to look and or search you would have found them located here

So fun news! Car is still at ZZP. There was a bunch of coolant in cylinder 1. Really hoping its not a blown block.... Anywho zzp has been really good. they let me borrow the shop sonic till they are done with my car. And it has the sonic catback so I still feel like im in a racecar! hahhah

maf/map/baro/scip all have to work together. if one is gong bad it will throw everything off. check the emissions fuse as well.

I checked the fuse and it wasn't blow but I exchanged it with another one just to see what happens.

That it does. I am still waiting for word. And as for the sonic.... It gets good gas mileage lol. Im used to my motorcycle and cobalt so it feels really underpowered. Also the steering is weird. Cant describe why, just dont feel overly confident in it.

Well folks, They resurfaced the head and put it back together with the stage 2 cams. Now makes 360 whp on the ZZP dyno. So that is 11 hp higher than before. But I am only revving to 7500 Im sure there would be more gains higher up. At least thats what Tim said. They covered all the repairs under warranty so damn good customer service from ZZP. Will pick up the car on Monday. Have to get a new intercooler pump as well.
