it's just this simple.

james tuned it

it blew up

blame is being pointed at the tuner. it always ends this way. 14 degree's on 25psi isn't what i would call a safe tune imho.

I had a dream today that I took my car to the shop and they pulled off the cyldiner head and had it ultra sound inspected for cracks. Then I looked into the cylinders in the block and found taco shell peices. In my dream my car aperently ran on food and gas. Oh and the head gasket was an avtech aviation antenna style gasket. haha

For those that are also dumb like me....

seˇmanˇtics (s-mntks)
n. (used with a sing. or pl. verb)
1. Linguistics The study or science of meaning in language.
2. Linguistics The study of relationships between signs and symbols and what they represent. Also called semasiology.

And im just curious onto how many lnfs you have tuned!

Yea, but you said 25lbs isn't safe. But oh wait you did 28+lbs on darts car. Sorry to say but if 25 is safe that means what for your 28+? I'm not wanting to argue but your gonna say 25 is unsafe and you wouldn't do it but yet you've done more.

Kid blew due to his improper and irresponsibility to handle his vehicle correctly. Plain and simple.

not at 14 degree's it's not.

i have only done 2 30psi tunes. both are still alive. all of he other tunes. 22psi.

you really do not know the level of my tunes to begin with, so your speculation is freight training and scrambling for an answer, or a shred of hope to make your self look better in this situation right now. now, if you actually think about what i posted up there and read it again. it was a generalization or a summary of this thread.

Did I say I was better? Damn me. I didn't, what I did say is the boost difference you gave. And the 30psi is pure ****, and will be blown if they treat there car horrible. 14* at 25lbs isn't that aggressive on timing .... If treated correctly it'll last forever. I have people 25-26lbs at 17* and guess what 2 years running.. Mbc
And I'm not even talking about your tuning ability, I'm merely pointing out you call my tune to unsafe . But yet pushing the k04 to where you have is way over...

I did read what you posted, 25lbs on 14* is a unsafe tune. Which it is not. The issue was kid didn't want a ramp, he wanted straight spool any rpm. So with the comes full spooled te point of the turbos function. I'm not controlling it.

is the tune in question mine? no, it is not.

saying that a 30psi tune is "pure ****" is the pot calling the kettle black. you HAVE done a 30psi. deny it all you want too. whatever makes you sleep better at night. the point still remains. i am not the one under fire right now. you can say whatever you want to make your ego feel warm and toasty, i really do not care.

Sorry to say but I haven't done a 30psi tune lol. (Ko4) ... Sorry to burst your bubble..
I'm not under any heat. It's all **** and lies or misinformation.. Not my issue. If someone wants a type of tune I can say yes or no, I this part of the talk I said not to beat the shot out of it. Be respectful so I then said ill do his tune. In doing so I did the tune. And apparently he listened to 0 of what I said. Sorry not my fault. And this has nothing to do with my ego, it has to do with one person saying my tune is unsafe, yet you've done worse.
Thanks

That's the entire point we've been trying to make.
I love how this thread started out that the tune was completely unsafe, and now that things have come to light its not longer about the tune being unsafe but instead now its about if James is at fault for providing a aggressive tune to a young kid that said he would take proper care of the engine and not beat it to hell.

James didnt send this kid off with a ticking time bomb, the kid lied to get what he wanted, made promises he had no plan to keep and turned around and had Mr B post this stupid ass thread pointing the finger at James but at what point do we ask this kid to own up to his mistakes? Should James be at fault if I get in an accident while data logging? According to yall since James would be providing me a service by reading my logs and tuning my car he should have known id be racing up and down the street to get the logs then that must be his fault as well?

I never acted like I knew anything about tuning, thats why I have a tuner retard. I do know that its been commented enough times that the tune is aggressive but not unsafe in the right hands but please take ur 17 post count and enlighten us all asshat.
