If I could get away with running some nt555r or something on the 18" wheel I'd save enough to get those MSR'S

well ryans an exception

the main reason tires spin is because the sidewalls don't flex. you eliminate this by running a tire with a tall and flexible sidewall

msr's are ugly in my opinion, sorry. do the varrosteins

If a stock LNF spins nt555's you have too much pressure in them. Unless you just mean stock turbo with a tune. When it was warm out I would spin on most roads, but it would still be pulling me forward hard, and once in a while I could dead hook 2nd on a really nice road if I eased into it. Also, he is talking about the 555R, which is a radial.

Nick, you won't hook 2nd on any tire short of a slick in party mode, I'll tell you that lol

an nt555 they are no better then most radial daily use tires a geo metro would burn them off and lowering the tire pressure in a street radial will make them cup inward in the center and give you less of a contact patch

the nt555 and nt555r are completely different tires. I have the R's in a 245/50/16. When im out playing i try to keep them around 15-18psi. On a warm day, they will dead hook from a 60 roll even with brake boosting. On a cooler night they spin 3rd but still pull very hard. I spin 2nd no matter what but it still pulls very hard, and I was getting pretty good at pedaling it. Ask Alan, the car PULLS even with some tire roastage but im sure with some M/Ts, M&Hs or even some 255/50/16 r888 it would be better. Nittos arent the best tire for 500+hp

Heres some vids to get an idea. Was not brake boosting on either of these. These are both on 26psi where it made ~480/415

Some good tire info in here, and sorry Rice, no hub swap for me. If I can hook from a 40 roll I'll be a happy camper

Also is there any benefit to having the FPR in the engine bay rather than under the car?

For a return you have to run a line back to the tank I believe. ZZP has a write up on their site somewhere.

I'd take my PC'd MSR's over just about any wheel out there in all honesty...

we have a return system stock just not a conventional return system in which a conventional is returned from the rail to the tank

our return line runs from the filter to the tank regulated in the canister and the line from the filter back to the tank is where that regulator goes and you run a vac line from the engine all the way back to your new regulator

ottp and zzp systems are both boost referenced

Not saying that, of course they can still spin, just they will do better than 35 sidewall street tires
