Well my '05 with a 3.0 inch pulley, 60# injectors, 1 step colder plugs, ZZP 1.0 PCM (later dialed in at ZZP by Turbo Tim) ZZP midlength headers and 2.5" catted dp, 2.5" Tsudo exhaust, running on stock h/e and a non functioning ic pump, pulled 252whp and 219wtq on ZZP's mustang dyno, so that might give you an idea

me too on the turbo vs supercharger thing, bent cringing waiting for the backlash on the IAT2 comment. Just hate that the stock pump needs rebuilds and there isnt someone out there that has come up with a better solution.

My stock pump lasted to 44k miles with no issues.

The only reason I installed a new one was because I didn't want a potential issue (due to the age & mileage) to occur right after installing my dual pass.

They're good pumps, and easy enough to install if one goes out. Not really a major problem, nor reason to justify turbo over supercharger man

true enough, had 70,000 miles on my supercharger before I turbo swapped and built the engine. the cars Iat2 would climb at idle all summer and was informed it was my pump going out by someone on here. Never gave the sc a chance, decided the amount I was spending to do stage kits and cooling mods would have been better spent on just going turbo to begin with. I had a stage 2 zzp with a 2.8" pulley, header, clutch kit, yada yada. Sold it all and started working on purchasing a turbo kit.

I talked with joe finally text him he said he's on the road right now and would get back with me in a while. Not sure what that means exactly I'd love to let him tune me but may get tired of waiting and go to a local shop. I'd really like someone whose very familiar with the platform to tune me tho so I'm gonna hold out as long as I can stand it

To the OP, don't listen to people without knowledge of tuning. I myself and not capable to tuning a car so I won't talk trash about people that are capable to tuning. From what I know about BennyHHR is that he tuned zrated89 and he ran a 12.0 @ 117 with his car. He obviously had more modifications than you but he is running faster than what most turbocharged Cobalt run.

The person that I call "My tuner" is very reputable and an amazing tuner as well. I have heard of a person that blew an engine with one of his tunes, why? Because the car owner didn't listen to the tuner and drove it like a retard. It wasn't the tuners fault. I will be getting a re-tune by him, hopefully soon.

As for numbers. I say 245 whp 220 wtrq base and 270 whp 245wtrq after the tune.

Oh, forgot to mention that the person that is tuning my car ran a 13.0 on his M62 with a 2.7 and bolt-ons. He was using methanol injection and drag radials

People and "**** talk" good ole CSS.

Your numbers on meth safely will be 270s-low 280s (hint safely) remember your also on meth so one little hiccup can cause kaboom. Drive it respectfully and keep maintaince on it and you'll be fine for a while. .. Don't go over what you should within the methanol required. Get a 6-8 nothing more.

I know what safety is. Not my role to be the daddy in every persons tune. I preach what's safe but its not my car. I do what's asked of me. I don't do what I want..

Your gonna be on meth. So don't go meth if you don't have the ability to check for flow when system is enabled aka the led. Keep track of kr via interceptor. Check your meth system as much as possibly a few times daily. Meth isn't and shouldn't be used as a dd option just because of how it can malfunction so often. Check your engine for health often aka comp test and at least a leakage test one a month if treating car horrid.

Oil and other "maintaince things" as well

You plan on boosting daily? I'd run meth on my dd without thinking twice if I didn't have E

this, on E I get 200 miles to a tank. That is 20mpg with ocassional wot pulls. My DIC tells me 30~ mpg. Its off 33 percent, which makes sense cause when i scaled my injectors the voltage is very close to being 33 percent more than the stock maxed out inj table.
