No internal work should be required, but you will definitely need to be retuned because you'll need the 60lb injectors.
Ok awesome, then im down, all I will have to do then, well my exhaust but ima try and do that first. Thanks 2k5. O one more thing if we go 42's or 60's do we have to get a better fuel pump for our cars, so we don't burn a piston?

No fuel pump is needed to run the 60# injectors. 42#injectors will not support the twinscrews airflow, so 60's will be a must. Your stock pump will handle it just fine.

A 2.8" pulley is what came with my twinscrew. The original issue was that the snout seal failed causing the blower to blow out all the oil. The snout was redesigned and a new better seal was placed in it, and apparently it's working great thus far.

I already had the 60# injectors and HPTuners, so I didn't need either of those. It came with the following:

- Lysholm 1200AX blower w/ snout and blower intake already bolted up
- 2.8" Pulley and hub already mounted
- Special dual pass endplate w/fittings for the the twinscrew
- Aluminum bypass valve
- Adapter plate for the intake manifold to blower
- All hardware, clamps, etc required
- Instructions PDF file

I don't remember the IAT2's as it's been almost 5 months since I've had the kit on my car. I do remember them being lower than my car with the 2.6" pulley without methanol however, and it was averaging 100*+ outside during that time frame it was on the car. Mase is going to have to post that data as he logs it.

Thanks for all the answers 2Ks, hope you're doing well in the sand box.

The price includes all the parts, no tuning or injectors.

Tuning is $250CDN and injectors with harness are $265CDN.

One upgrade that is going to be available after my conversation with the specialist at PSE (Supercharger rebuild company) is a kit which will feed oil to the SC straight from the engine, this way it always is getting a fresh feed. This kit can be directly purchased from them.

We want this kit to last even longer than the Eaton.

the blower itself is probably like 2500 of that price tag just like a new m62 would be if you had to buy it from the dealer

You can get a 2.3L Whipple supercharger on superchargersonline for 1894 dollars. I remember the 1.2L used to go for like 1400 before whipple said **** it and stayed with the larger units.
