Angry

well started a bit today. got intercooler on. tb on the intake mani etc. figured out where stuff goes.

came to the problem of not having the pulley tensioner so i need to find one now. and also that the cover ovet the water pump drive needs to be drilled/tapped for a 1/8 npt 90 degree elbow fitting that the kits comes with so i need to get that done at a shop or somthing. i dont want ot mess it up lol. then i need to find a good tool to take off the foward plug under the water pipe for the oil feed fitting and get that on there.

on the to bad news other than the pulley tensioner. well the intak mani had 2 of the bolts from the tb stuck not the whole thing but the ends of it so had to find a way to get those out i did. would of been nice if i would of known before hand. no biggier i solved that problem,
butttttt

the turbo mani stud was stripped.. and looks like it was messed wit before and widdened.

question about the brake booster connection..

does this look correct?
i used the biggest long gold fitting for it only thing i had left unused and not needed anywhere else..

Brake booster looks correct to me. Been a while since I looked at that. Even though it's pushlok hose, I'd recommend clamps personally.

That manifold is wack. Not sure what happened there.

That's for the factory boost solenoid. Both those hoses should connect to the same solenoid. Remove that whole assembly.

Red highlighted is factory boost solenoid. It goes by by.

Hey Rico, I tried to talk with Trevor who was the last guy working under me who helped me with the build(he was fired by me a month ago). Anyhow, I asked him about the exhuast manifold and he said that he did recall having to mess around with that. I thanked him for letting me know because the pic you posted was the first time I ever seen that. Anyhow, my appologies and if I had known this I would have ofc informed you ahead of time. Let me know the cost of having that repaired and I will take it off the money you owe me to make this right. Cheers for now!
