Injen or K&N because the AEM you wont see it.. its only a 4" pipe where your stock airbox connects..!

or go with the Rebel Intake in the Group Buy..

Way better than all the intake for sell..

I don't want to keep the stock intake....looking for an intake the connects the the supercharger to the stock air box. I run an AEM dryflow in both of my Balts. One has the stock intake and the other has the XTC CAI (which connects to the stock air box). I put the covers on the airbox in the winter and in the summer I remove them.

If your leaving the stock air box on to protect the filter , wouldn't a hydro-shield work instead?

Do you run your CAI all year round (snow, ice)? I don't have a lot of faith in the hydroshield when it comes to road salt and snow caked to the wheel wells.

Do you run your CAI all year round and drive your Balt through the snow and crap? Salt or the new liquid they are spreading here is very corrosive. I would hate to get that crap in my intake.

I think I'd rather have the piece of mind with the airbox during the winter.

3" Injen, since when? I think you're confused. The Injen is 2.5" as far as I know...

so what are the "problems" with some of the intakes, especially the injens. Where are the fitment problems that you are having? From what i've gathered, it's the hole into the fender is scratching the intake and somewhere on the top of the intake is being scratched from the hood? Has any figured out any of these problems yet.

I think I'm going to go with the Injen with an AEM dryflow filter.
