i don't want a custom built canned tune from either one. just something that you would send out to an end user. i can get them from the end user if needed, but i would rather have them from the vendors directly

just to clear this up. i'm the car that will be used....if this happens. i'll have 2.8 from nates and seimens 60's. and a muffler. nothing else.

Any who would run a 2.8" pulley with 60's and a muffler is putting their car at risk IMHO. ZZP would never recommend this and starting out with the wrong mods is a poor way to compare any two PCMs.

This dude should be running a 2.9 and 42's tops with just a muffler...

If your gonna run a 2.8 and 60's you should really have a Full exhaust, intake, and a good H/E, if not meth.

my setup THIS WEEKEND will consist of:
2.8
hub
60s
harness
2step plugs
stage2 belt
ottp h/e(next week, will not be on the car for this weekend)

and then within the next two weeks i'll have an intake and header back on there.

And for the same reasons you say ZZp can "bring back their reputation" is why they dont wanna make it worse by a bad control.

I dont blame them for making sure everything is legit. Because as it seems theyre never going to see the end of it if for some reason thier can tune doesnt make 750hp.

yeah i'll be fine. it was just a bad sequence of events. i didn't have a job untill 2 1/2 weeks ago. and gm tuner bash is on the 28th, so i tried to get all my **** together for the bash and this is what i have to tune for this weekend. i won't have the full exhaust or intake for the bash though, but i WILL have the h/e
