Figured that I'd post this here... Here's how you wire up your 6-pin TB harness to the 8-pin pigtail.

SICK! someone figured that out. Now i gotta convince my buddy to supercharge his.

anyone going to use 2 ecms, keep one stock and one for the tune in case they want to "go back to stock" later for trade in?

No need for two pcms. Just reflash the one back to stock. Why have a couple hundred dollar part just lying around? That kind of thing is only useful for LNF guys who want to try to keep their warranty.

yeah just reflash it back. when i get trifectas software, im going to see if he can grab me a G5 stock tune unless i know someone who has a g5 and i'll just make a tune and keep it saved on laptop and in the future if i trade in, i'll just flash it. cant use the tune i have now cause its already a trifecta tune.

so how much boost do you think i will be putting down for a 3" pulley? i want to play with safe boost but nothing like 6 psi. i was hoping for around 12 psi. my g5 will be my daily driver, dont wanna put to much pressure on it.

you will polly see like 12 psi or so on a 3 inch pulley. your car should be able to handle that kind of power easiely

I believe I had 12 PSI on 3.0 pulley. I changed to 2.9 and am now at 15 to 15.5 PSI and clutch is not taking it. Installing SPEC stage 2+ this week, then will probably drop to 2.8.

I think 12 is good. If I lived in a more open area, be more.

Vince sent out my cable and going to email me my tune. Gotta buy a upper radiator hose then got all parts for sc

12 psi on a 3.0 is what get as well, but I'm an LE5 so dunno if that would make a difference.

well from what zzp said, idk if it refers to their zzp SC kit itself or in general, they said 2.2s make one psi more than 2.4s but 12 psi is what i want so ima stick with the pulley. thanks for info

hey guys for the 2.4 injectors and throttle body do i need to do some soldering and swapping wires? cuz i am gonna help a guy out put a sc on his 2.4 cobalt.

also is there anything else i need to do with wiring? can i use the 2.4 tb? and will it bolt on the sc?

i know how to install everything else. like intake manifold, ic pump bracket and pump, idler, tensioner, intake, h/e, alternator bracket, so is there anything else?

Just buy a set of EV6 60 lbs injectors. They're plug and play and fairly inexpensive compared to what people are charging for stage 2 injectors and harness (only $160)...
