Question A few simple questions

I'm kinda curious about the real limits about the 2.2... whats the highest it can rev safely and can it handle a higher compression setup? also what would be an easy/cheap way to get some responsiveness and power outta it?

You want power the cheapest easiest way is to boost it. Judging by your ignition module I'm going to guess you are 05-06 though? Unfortunately 05-06 ECU tuning is not supported by anyone so modifications aren't really even an option.

As far as rpm it depends on what you swap out for forged components and if you get it fully balanced or not. Tuning support is not a option for that year. You'll have to go standalone or do a 07+swap
