so here is where I stand, car is tuned.... but when I start it, it dies right away... if I give it gas it goes from idle-2000rpm back down and up and keeps fluctuating back and forth. While that happens the exaust smells really rich.... and there was some pre-detenation so I went ahead and turned it off.... I was out of town this weekend so had no chance to work on it. I work all day today so can't do anything.... either tomorrow or wednesday we will datalog with trifecta and see whats going on.

I have 60lb injectors like this: http://www.ottperformance.com/Fuel-S...duct_info.html

As for TB its the stock LE5 TB, wiring is correct and sodered

and as for the ezflash tuner, I think I installed something incorrect and thats why its not working.

I got an intake leak somewhere after the supercharger... so... either the map sensor is leaking or the intake manifold to head is.

so.... we made sure somethings were tight. Now we did a some datalog readings and vince said there is still either a major intake leak, or the something is wrong with the map. We tested the map sensor witha volt meter. With ignition on both the map signal, and low reference read 5 volts. When we turned the car on the low reference read 5 volts and the map signal reads 4.6 volts. Is that a sign of the map not working?

Isn't it suppose to be that way? It reads .1-5volts, with the car on it's telling u what it's reading only way to tell is test tyrones map and see if his is like that too

I was able to scan the car and it had map signal low voltage. So I replaced it.... and well its still not running good.

I got one question for all those that can chime in. Did yall or do you know if on the intake manifold gasket, do you have to cut a hole between the 2 middle ports? When we were doing the build one friend who had a cavalier(2.2eco supercharged) said I had to cut a hole for.... well I forgot what it was for. Did yall do this?

got some more bad news...... we were trying to get the car on a trailer to tow it to a friends house.... well the radiator some how hit something and broke. Not sure how much damage was done but we will find out tomorrow. I'm having the worst of luck with this build.... The car gods are smiting me lol

so....

I'm gonna take it off tomorrow and see how bad it is. If its fixable I'll fix it... but if its not I might pending the price, buy an aftermarket radiator.

Next question: Where can I buy an aftermarket radiator?

Custom made or get a universal one on eBay and run custom hoses, by custom I mean those long bendable ones

Inlet/outlet: 1.5"
Also a universal slim fan

Radiator: ~200
fan~30+shipping
