That's kind of my point. If the VVE tool is the only place that changing axis is affected why bother at all with VVE? I don't think anyone even knows how the VVE tool affects the rest of the tune since all the rest of the tables will still stop at 105kpa. So if you re-scale your MAP to 2.5 bar or such will it throw off the rest of the tables? If so it would seem like sticking with the stock 1-bar MAP before any forced induction would still be the best solution for tuning.

Rescaling the map to be able to read above 105kpa doesnt affect anything really. All of the tables that use map values will just interpolate based on the last cell. What tables are you talking about specifically?

I have an lsj map on my turbo 2.4

VE correction factor only goes to 105 kpa.

I guess I can't find many other tables that use kpa ...

But I guess my bigger question is, if the tables only go to 105 kpa and adding a higher sensor doesn't do anything, why add the sensor?

I think that changing he boundaries and axes does create a 2 or 3 bar system.

Right now i just use it to read boost
