Thanks man. Well I'm not going ***** out just yet. I'm going to take baby steps just because this car is my DD. So I'm going to run a little more on the concervative side for now. My goal (god willing) this summer is to touch the 12's and trap 110mph. I think it's dooable with the 2.9". But I guess we will see haha. I need a good tune is the biggest thing. I have a few guys in mind on here.

You have to do something to raise your octane or your TVS car will be slow. If you going to run Meth then run it through the blower to help keep it cool. But be prepared to have it rebuilt if you start hearing noise from the methanol removing the grease in the bearings.

Anyone who thinks that methanol can not be used as a solvent on petroleum based products needs to learn how to google.

Yeah I got no choice but to run meth. We have no E in Canada. Is the insides of a TVS much different then an M62? I've run meth through my heaton for 2 years with no issues.

I ran 50/50 meth with a 6gph nozzle with my tvs for 70k or so, its still doing just fine. That said, I'm on E85 now and no longer spraying it

ive been running pre TVS on a spacer with a 50/50 mix for a while and weve seen my results. ive seen guys have issues with the needle bearings that werent even running meth. It is my opinion that some just had a bad batch of bearings ive had no issues, and im spraying a 10gph nozzle.

Ignore the rev limiter.. and the massive clutch slip.. Here's a video from about a year and a half ago of my car, I believe it was TVS - 3.1 Pulley - GMPP Exhaust then

^ at the vid for Blue

only pulley i have still is the pansy pulley(80mm/3.15") that it came with, i gotta figure out how well i can tune it with 20psi...need to see how close i can get to that oh so well known 300hp/260tq before i try to go for much more i'd be plenty happy at 300-350 to the wheels, im not a fan of traction issues
