yeah, i was surprised at how audible the tvs was compared to the m62(i remember it being noticeably quieter) but now not so much.
heres what i got so far(mind you the tvs numbers i had just started dialing in the maf, so no timing and fuel was off) still managed 9more peak hp with 12less degrees of timing and 11more peak tq on 16 degrees less timing Go Boost!!!

ottp LT(blown out cat), 3" res, stock axle back
...here's why i was getting that much boost(at least i hope that's why)
low-mid 30's with 30.31barometer
when i was running this exhaust setup in cali on maybe a 70-80* day stock pulley m62(same setup as the graph i posted minus the CAI) at 7-7200 i'd only hit 10-10.5psi

thats how mine was some days really loud, i could hear it inside my car while at a stop, and other days id have to pop my hood to hear it..
either way mine had 3k miles on it when mine first started...
inside of tvs housing when i first pulled it apart
when i pulled the rotors out these came out with it

damn...iono what to do now i was so happy i just got it back on and almost done tuning(needs timing)
so it messed up the aluminum blower housing where the bearings sit? or just where the rotors rubbed the housing?
is that the inlet end or the the snout that got messed up?

rotors got scored on the outside tips where it would rub against the housing... the housing got scored... i sent the housing to zzp to replaced all needle bearings, cost roughly 180 parts and labor, got it back, very lightly polished the housing and the rotors just to take away the sharp burrs.. put it back together and made sure nothing was interfering with each other, sounds ok at the time... put it back on the car, ive had it on for atleast 15k miles, and while its not super quite, its 100 times quieter than before it all happened..
i figured i had little to nothing to loose since it already happened and all i would be out was 180$$...
dyno tested when i first got the blower and ran 298hp, tested after all this, even with the scored up housing, still pulled 295 hp, with the same run, so i dont see this blower being a problem right now
both pulls were 20ish psi, no loss in psi
dont be afraid of this happening, just be aware if you have a doubt about it, i would recommend to take it off just to be safe, and if you can afford send it out to get the bearings replaced...
