The option is to fix it.
1. The heatloading across the 4 will not ballance, this will cause the one piston to expand at a diferent rate and swell in the cylinder.
2. It will increase the heat of that piston, because it is hotter in that one cylinder, you will encounter problems with detonation in only that one cylinder. The others will be fine but when you come on to it, that one cylinder will limit your HP across the entire bowerband.
The OPTION is to replace it. Buy a new block if you have to, I replaced my Mazda engine from Valve cover to oilpan for $800.00... Sold half the **** for a total of $600.00 and used that block and head..
well for one I"m happy for ya man,,, I know this has been one hell of a project and I followed it from day one... I just hope that oil squirter doesn't cause ya major problems.. it is actually a very important part of the motor.. especially runnnin high boost and compression... If I were you I would limit the amount of time you spend at WOT and hope for the best...

Congrats on getting it running. However I think your a fool for running it without the oil squirter. I know your anxious to get the project done, but you have to do it right. If you need a new block then that's what you need. You don't want to break more parts and be back in the same boat again with a broken car.

Im selling my car not that I cant afford it, my income just more than doubled.... it doesnt fit my lifestyle anymore. This is honestly a pointless argument
