The Motor is IN!!!!!!
Double check how the wires are on the starter. Actually pull them off and put them back on. Make sure the connectors on the postive and negative side are not touching each other at all! IIRC there are three, 1 POS+, 1 NEG-, and 1 GRND. Ensure your battery is charged, and it's all hooked up correctly. Check the ground strap on the cylinder head to make sure you reattached it as well. Look over all your sensors as well for any unplugged items.
See your other post as I posted the link to bleed the clutch correctly.
Let me know if there are more questions I can answer.

Check all the relays in the fuse block... 10:1 odds one is loose (it will do the dead key thing) take the cover off and check em all make sure they arent loose.. I am also willing to bet you took the block apart to get it out to take out the motor, make sure the bottom parts all went back in correctly and the crews holding it together are tight..
also bleeding the clutch isn't that hard... use the mitivac method and have a friend just keep pumping the clutch and brake pedal.. I just did a tranny last week and we repeated 5 times and it worked out fine...
also double and triple check all your connections as 2k5ssc stated they could be dirty and can be cleaned with contact cleaner...
well hope this helps./. g/l and keep us posted

check taht ur battery cable from the trunk is hooked up to the + lead under the hood, i had that problem as well, and it jsut turned out to be the cable was not connected, alos try hooking 12 volts directly to the post under the hood
you charged the battery on "Start" for 30 minutes?!
Thats a good way to make a homemade bomb or fire, batteries arent made to be charged with that kind of current!
Try jumping it with another vehicle

It honestly sounds like he fragged his battery.
Standard battery chargers that have a 'start' setting run a 55amp current on 'start' and it should never be used for more than 30 seconds, as it can damage the battery and the charger. A sealed lead acid battery should never be charged at more than 10-15 amps

Ok, here is the plan
I am going to check all grounds, sensors and wires in general
Replace the starter buy all new fuses
but first im going to bleed this dam clutch and put tranny fluid in it

thing is i never took the wires off the starter i just pulled it out and rested it on the lower frame
there are a few things here
my rear o2 i had to splice in im going to check that
I also forgot to d/c battery and hit starter witha wrench and it make hell of sparks
so that is my answer for those
but i have no clue why my pcv was clicking so loud

All problems have been fixed, it now turns over just wont fire. That sleep i got last night paid off
I just have to bleed to clutch and figure out what
[PCM] P0230 - Fuel Pump Relay Control Circuit (Pending) (Current) (Immature)
and howto fix it

i would check for grounds on starter circuit by working from the starter to the fuse block
wish i had a wiring diagram to offer
