^^^ That's just what I was about to say. Make sure you check that ground, and the connectors to the CDI. We're getting close and on the home stretch now!

Did you make sure the cam sensor timing was in the right postion? The sensor has to be installed with the #4 piston at TDC, and the slot inside has to be at a 45 degree angle from the front lip of the to the roof line if you were looking at it straight on from the driver's side.

I'm not talking about the cams themselves. Check out the second pic in this link. You had the head resurfaced right? If so, they had to take the cams out to do so properly meaning the sensor had to come off. This is probably why the marks on your cams were gone when they got done with it.

Check out the link here. Read the last part about the cam sensor (on the exhaust cam) and look at the second picture. You can pull it off with the head still on the car, just make sure you're at TDC #4. Align the mark as shown, and reinstall the sensor. Also make sure you plug it in, as my car didn't start at firs because that was the one sensor I forgot to plug in.

Good Luck man. I hope you get it fired up. I'm going to bed as it's 11:38 here in the middle east! I'll check back in the AM hopefully to see some great news.

P1124 Could be a tuning error, that shouldn't be turned on. If you mean p1184 its a supercharger inlet pressure sensor high voltage (happens on twincharged and ram air setups)
P1185 Shouldn't be turned on either at least no for SES status(lol?) but thats the right DTC #
P1682 Ignition 1 Switch Circuit 2
U2101 ??? Bus error maybe? Prolly the cause of the other SESs.

your U code is definatley a class 2 data code most likely just a stored code from diconnecting anything with logic. but genrally that shows up as lost communication. it sounds like maybe a connector is not seated properly at the pcm. you might want to pin gauge the pcm connectors. to make sure none were damaged upon instalation. i believe they are micro 64 terminals which are very fragile so i would not pin gauge them unless you have the proper pin guage. although you can use a needle but its not the best idea. and i dont know anything about hptuners or what you are using to scan for these codes but with the tech 2 gm scanner you can look at the snapshot data displays for what it shows in paranthesis (history)(pending)(immature) this will show you what almost every sensor was reading at the time of failure.

[PCM] P0335 - CKP Sensor A Circuit Performance (Old) (Current) (Immature)
most likely just relearn involved for that code or the ckp sensor is not installed properly . unless like i said before its a connector issue at the pcm

i would'nt start to worry to much unless you see a crankshaft pos. sensor - camshaft pos. sensor correlation code.

I fixed this, the sensor came out about 1/2 the way screwed it back in and the cel went away

Now I am stuck with no firing

I fixed the cam angle sensor aswell

The only thing i can think of is the ground on the block is not hookedup

only problem i have is i drank to much already and my car is in storage with no good light and i have no flashlight and my cell phone would not cut it so i really cant see it but did'nt someone mention that its near the cam sensor? cause if you have no ground there you will never get spark cause you will not get a signal from the cam sensor which is an integral part of spark timing this is taking to long if you need any more assistance call my cell 1 978 726 2760 and i will do my best to talk you through this

ahhh ha found a light ok it goes from directly under the bypass valve but more towards the exhaust cam on a specific tab on the block and then right under the coil cover on the intake cam side, i will have to pull the coil cover if you need me to be more specific. i can get a picture maybe with my phone but i have no host for pics so only email or phone to phone pics from me
