Good luck, hope everything works, I did help my friend change the tranny on his 98 Z24 and that was a bitch..... getting it to line up.... How are you making out anyways?? Im too lazy to read all 12 pages....

Its a fuse box and jump starting location (GM says so anyways...I've heard of people hurting their electrical systems jumping from here)

yes i did, so now i have to wait on my mother to come get me and take me to the post office, no car sucks but making payments on a non running car is worse

im happy with my car even though its on jackstands, doesntrun, has a dent in the hood, and oh yea has a huge ***** drawn in the dust from my buddies, my trunk lid has SS spelled out inanimal crackers on it

bd wanna inform me how much you have paid for pistons, head gasket, jsut overall build im just sorta curious, im hoping to get some stuff going for myself as well here soon, i foudn a guy whos gonna my head for a wicked price so . btu i man as well do the bottom end while im at it

 

I was being a bit harsh. You did learn it's true..

But it sounds like you are rushing and not thinking.

Get a white board next time.
Get a digital camera next time.

Take pictures of every part of the engine. Every Connection and hose.

Put in order the steps you have to do to make it run..

Ie.

Clean Head and Block Surfaces
Install Head Studs
Place Head Gasket (Correct Face Up)
Initial Torque Head in Outward Pattern to 20 Ft/Lb
Install Head to 80 Ft/Lb In Outward Patten
Time Motor so that crank is TDC Intake Cam sits 90 Deg Ex Cam Sits 270 Deg
Tension Chain and rotate assembly (Crank) by hand Clockwise (Twice) to check timing.

Etc.. Etc..

You wasted so much time and money by being sloppy... If you worked in a garage and did this, you would be fired and blacklisted in your city.
