I will be doing this soon and im getting the factory vic red form my dealer, i was able to get the part number for a spary can of it form a parts guy on here so it will match perfect and then dupicolor clear for the finish. Im doing the dash too if i can get a few days of no rain which might be awhile..../:

Are there any people with pictures of their "modified" bowties? I'm planning on doing mine, but I don't know if I should go with the body color; I'm not sure how it would look. I wish I could make it all chrome because I really like how it would look with the Blue Granite. Thanks.

I just got my SS badges from CED, and painted them red with clearcoat over top....turned out pretty good...i got the duplicolor from autozone...small brush in vic red

I painted mine while on the car, I jsut masked them off then used a whack of newspapers to cover everypart of the car that could possibly get paint on it. I used flat black and clear coat. theres pics in my gallery

it would have been much easier and safer to take it off. its just 2 little bolts.

at the time I didnt know the front one was only 2 bolts, and I did the back one too, which is a lot harder to get on and off
