They could be any color you want if you know how to take them apart and swap the LEDs out

did u guys get the HIDs in the high beams or just the lows. the guy from 3b said he can do HIDs in both but usually only installs them in the lows. I do a lot of highway driving at night and i need something wayyyy better than stock for highbeams??? any recommendations?

Hids in this housing

Does anyone have a pic with these headlights with a HID kit. I am returning mine right now because i have a problem with the beam that comes out of the projector housing. Here is the attached pic. I have circled the problem with the beam. I love the housing, but i am returning this housing to the seller. He said there must be a defect.

It's almost as if there is a deflector shield missing inside the projector housing.

That's not a defect, you just need to do the anti-glare mod.

Remove the extra shield placed in front of the cutoff. That's what causes the glare. You can see it if you look into the headlight through the bulb hole. It's held in by one screw, in order to remove it you'll need to stick something in there to stop the shield from spinning as you remove the screw. Once they're both out you have to block the hole left by the screw. I just used some muffler putty.

Do you have any pictures of the process or the final beam pattern against a wall?

The images are still there, photobucket is just stupid and puts that other one in their place. Right click each one and view image will bring them up.

How is the light output on these? I had the 1st Gens on my old Cobalt (8K HID), and I didn't mind the output, they actually were better than stock. How is the output on these? My friend has the 2nd Gens, and he said his light output is ****, and he has HID's... He just bought these, so hopefully he can see more at night.
