Painting Dash Trim

Just painted my dash trim arrival blue.Just wondering if the radio cover can come off to be painted.

Thats sprayed on correct? did you clear coat it afterwards?

yes, spray painted on... no clear coat... it was 3 dollar spraypaint.... basically i wanted to make sure i liked it before i got the expensive stuff... i'm going to color match the exterior of the car in blue granite metallic..

Yea, I either wanna paint it a dark blue, or if i can find it, go with carbon fiber, even if i have to use the fake carbon fiber over lays

I got my paint from my chevy dealer.Gave them my vin #.They looked painted,but looked better when i clear coated them.

to answer your question yes it can i took mina apart after it replaced my hu cause i left a cd in it DOH but its a couple small screws and then it clip right on just make sure your dont lose and small pieces

they dont really do them justice but i havent found the right lighting yet for a good pic. still experimenting with the new cam.

Anyone paint just the dash trim and not the center stack? I'm thinking it might blend better but if someone has a pic I'd like to see it... that or if anyone painted it yellow??
