Replacing the 3 LED's in 1st Gen Projectors??

Any ever done this? I'm not talking about just replacing the LED them selves, I'm talking about the entire part. Like from where it goes to positive to where the ground comes off. Basically, I want to replace the 3 LEDs along with the wires with them on my projectors. Hopefully someone knows what I am talking about. Reason being is because I cannot figure out why the hell they're all having problems. First, they were flickering. Now they wont come on at all. Replaced the connections and the resistor, nothing! So I figure I'm just going to replace the entire LED part bulbs and all. Anyone know where I can get something simiar to the one in the projectors? Or does anyone have any idea why mine are being insane? They're unplugged for now..

Sounds like they need to be run in parallel rather than in sequence.
