I did the inners myself, the outer lights are from eBay. I used LED strips, so contrary to what was said above, they can be made into a circle for a project like this.

Was wondering, What about getting the reverse lights from a G5, wiring them up as reverse light and wiring the cobalt's reverse lights to work with the tails or 3rd brake light? Would take some fabrication to put the G5 lights in the cobalt's bumper, but i'm pretty sure ppl on this site can get that done no problem.

Look in the how to forum for the how to on chevy skyline tails, I followed that basically to do mine. The LED strips I used I got on www.oznium.com they were the 19" ones. The 9" ones are too short to go all the way around the light, and the next size up was the 19" ones, so I got those and cut them down to size.

First off you want to use white LEDs. Red LEDs rent bright and you won't see them as well innthe sunlight. I've got 55,000mcd leds that I'm putting in my sedan tails and gonna make em look like an infiniti m45 tails. It'll be the first. Origami used the same LEDs and they look sick!!
