Help

i am new to this forum and i need help i have a 2005 cobolt ss and i pulled everything out of it to make a chump endurance racer all the interior including air bags and i have lost my ground to the crank relay i can jump it but it only stays running for 10 seconds then dies any help would be appreciated

Where are you jumping to start it? At the crank relay, 30 to 87?

Your PCM commands the ground to the relay. To command that you need the following.

Good 10 amp IP Ignition fuse if you have a manual
Good 10 amp back-up fuse if you have an auto
Working Clutch / PN switch

That will send ign. voltage into pin 54 of the PCM and feed ign. voltage to the crank relay winding
The PCM will make a ground on the crank relay when it sees the command from the BCM to the PCM that you are in the crank position.
