your intercooler coolant temp is not in your DIC. that's where your interceptor scan gauge comes in. it will tell you if your pump is working or not by the difference between your ambient temp and your IAT2
If it's too hot, it will retard timing to reduce the heat created by WOT driving

If this was true, what triggers the fan to come on?
I don't see why there wouldn't be one in the system...
Iirc Wills order had the pump turn on asap - but i guess it comes down to how it's wired in...
I have no problem being beat, it's all in how cool a guy you are about it...
IIRC it was a 14.7 compared to 13.9 last time out...

Depends what quadruple is. For me. Definitely. Mainly bus my work would be 8 minutes away instead of 2 lol. And also because my job is brutal and I dream of April 16 2013. The day my tenure is up and I can walk away from my job!
And yes my I intercooler pump is wired to turn on when I turn the car to acc. It's pretty sweet but honestly I've never seen my iat2s drop when the car isn't moving. I once ran it non stop in my garage for 15 minutes and it barely dropped. Need a f1 style fan/leaf blower to cool down the iat2s at the track

You need a phenolic spacer. It provides a non heat conducting barrier between the head and the intake manifold.
As far as I know the fan only comes on when the engine is hot. It retards timing when the iat2's get high.
When Steve and I did my dualpass and option be, there were no sensors of any kind in the system. I think it goes of iat2's and may turn the fan on when they get high enough but I doubt that
