I have tried removing the DRL fuse and have even bought a second new set and still I have this problem I have 8000k fogs as well and I haven't had any problems with them. Any information would be very helpful, I'm sick of only driving with one headlight!!
blowing fuses ect means that there's too much draw - BE CAREFUL!
you don't see it often here, but there was about a year or so ago a guy in the Winnipeg thread who's car caught on fire - and I'm pretty sure it was because of his HID setup.

Just saying.

It's not the fuses I'm blowing or having troubles with actually (them blowing or replacing them etc) . It's literally the ballast, and it's only EVER the driver ballast.

i think it has something to do with his tranny. he is getting a loud hum. he has new tires, clutch and hubs. maybe half shaft? maybe check where it connects to the tranny? service tranny?

There is a support bearing on the half shaft that could be bad

The hum was the passenger hub. That got fixed when my clutch got done. Having fueling issues I think

o this is new? whats it doing? is it like the pump is weak? i do have 2 pumps and a fuse box. when the orange car went down the fuel pump seemed like it was weak. i ended up replacing a good pump with a new pump. it turned out to be the fuse box. the soder in the fuse box main board at the fuel pump fuse area was fualty. it was only sending less the half of the current. so it would only power the pump slightly. it was the mystery issue that car had.

anyways we can pull the rail check the injectors. put a new fuel filter in first. check the lines and the overflow breather pipe thing lol. maybe its as simple as a new tank cap.

Fuel filter got changed when they did the clutch. Fuel pump and pressure is fine. Thinking my plugs are bad or something like that. Misfires in low rpm and idle, a/r all over the place
