Calgary - random talk thread
Well since I'm not the only one who can't get this belt to work, I'll be getting all the other stuff out back together. Going to mopac tomorrow to see if I got a wrong belt or what I'm doing wrong
Jon I was thinking if you ran meth on the truck it'll help your fueling issue. I'm running the 625cc/min nozzle on full pump pressure and its putting out around 1000cc/min which on my car is about 20% of my total fueling. Basically with the size of your engine you could run 625 - 1250cc/min and that will basically be like adding 2 more injectors you'll just need a really big meth tank
It's not even close!

House parties work for me!
I'm not running meth in my truck lol. I doubt that the edelbrock heads change the length of the accessory belt route since they are aftermarket. I'll just have to look into that 117.5 inch gatorback belt

You should run meth!!
So after a little research this morning with my coffee, I found a little tidbit of info in a thread I had looked through before. I can't believe that I missed this, A guy was having the same problem as me and he drilled another pilot hole for the dowel on the tensioner an inch up or so and that solved his problem. Looks like I'm either buying some sort of small drill or an angle grinder and air compressor setup as I don't want tot take the whole bracket system off
Well i got the fuel lines all hooked up, wires back on and everything ready for a start. No the intercooler isn't hooked up yet. It turns over but didn't start. I think I got some of the plug wires on wrong
How did you hook them up wrong when you have a shirt that has the correct order on it
