That would be what my xbox 360 currently looks like. Also hard wired an intake fan into it. Just need to modify the outer shell for it to bring in air directly.

No need to spend $40 on a bulky aftermarket cooler when this cost me nothing

there's two angles there;
  1. you're kinda being a jerk because not everyone can afford to have a separate set of dedicated winter tires.
  2. you're making a biased statement with no regaurd to actual variance within the 'all season' range.

An all season with good tread separation and tread depth, will suffice for winter driving - but if one of those two variable do not exist, they are going to suck;
Sure the advertisements try to stress how winter tires have a softer compound that will compress microscopically while harder compounds will not - but when you put that scenario into a real wold trial, more often than not (at least in most areas within Canada ect) the rubber is even frozen on those winter tires ~ imho, the winter rubber is only good to something like -15... anything below that and you're pretty much on an even playing field.

The BFG's I used to run were just fine, unless I wore them bald the summer prior - in which case I was screwed because of the lack of tread depth...

Nope, hard drives are external on the 360's. I could run an internal but don't feel like it.

Ya I had to redo it. First time I tapped into the existing fan but then realized that those fans are only running off 5.4v and the fan I added requires 12v. So I had to tap into the drive bay wiring.

Next I'm gonna change the led's of the front button to blue and paint the case black.

nah, the so-cal thread got so big they had to make a second...
(keep in mind around there jurisdictions are set up different, if this were so-cal (aside from nicer weather ) places like Ogden, Midnapore, Bowness would all retain distinct city/town status... but in Canada city sprawl leads to smaller towns being incorporated...

I agree, while still disagreeing;

loog up the sity where my mom lives on a map - lets say on maps.google.com;

Redondo Beach

now change it to satellite view;

now tell me without cheating where Redondo Beach ends, and say Hermosa Beach starts...
(hint: this is a trick question)

Where we have communities/sub divisions, they have different city's/towns... seriously.

.......

but yeah for us

(I just checked, although they started a year later, the edmonton thread is only at 34 pages!?! - that's not a competition thing, but they're our closest comparison)

Cuz calgary is better. But then again in their defense a lot of them frequent this thread or the red deer thread. We all tend to stay in the calgary thread

Im soooo tired~! but as I said about the winters ITS IN MY OWN OPINION~! Kass will even vouch for how shitty my car performed that first winter with my all seasons on it, so when I found out I was having a baby I went out and bought winters for my second ( I do alot of driving so I notice the imperfections of all seasons) NOT ONCE last year did I get stuck or need a push out of anything, and I even tried once to get stuck lol That was at justins house hahhaha

yeah, but not everyone can afford to have a 2nd set, so there's no reason to post anything that could be inferred as a knock against people (here or otherwise) who only have all seasons.

or did you miss my post to that effect

maybe you kept getting stuck becasue your car need that 'driver mod'

^^^^ dont worry so much about this topic it has rehashed so much in this forum that it is old news.... btw graham i have been stuck 3 times last year..... i was saving a friend when he got stuck.... i was also stuck in 3 ft of snow that was banked for over 50 meters.... each time lol... so IMHO i would have been stuck even if i had a 4x4.... lol the garbage that the factory puts on these cars is exactly that GARBAGE!!!!! if you do some research into tires you can find all seasons that preform in winter conditions.... like mine!!!!!! i will promise you it will take some serious snow to fall before i get stuck....
