ya even their site shows that they are still waiting on a few permits and bylaws to be passed before they give the full announcement. i've known of it for a few years now as well and have been waiting patiently for some better news. a 6.6km road course would be soooo nice.

the website say's something along the lines of they have started beginning stages. but is not clear if construction has actually started yet or not. also their faq says they are expecting a 2011 start time. now whether its a fully operational track or not is another question.

Maybe, maybe not. They might be too busy finalizing **** to update the website. I worked a golf course community that was just starting up and they pretty much did the same thing. The last thing on their priority list was the website since they had all the private equity investors set up and they were kept up to date what was going on. Plus I think if it was a no go they would shut down the site and stop paying for the hosting.

After a bit you get used to it. I really like the second gear in my car, and love first with traction haha, she really gets up and goes that geared down but it's easy to let the tires slip.

When I first got it I didn't even know what was going on when I hit it in first .

so why don't we all just pool our money together and buy some land out in the country and have it paved and call it a drag strip? sounds simple! lol

Well I'm Jeff and I call there all the time from Canyon Meadows Auto.. glad to know I'm not going crazy. I was pretty sure it was your car, as it's an SS NA with a blacked out bowtie in the front, lowered... correct?

I'll have to stop by when I'm not on work time and bullshit with you... known most of those boys over there at AV for years and years.

I'm really excited to show all you local guys with the aesthetic stuff that will be happening on my car in the next little while here.. would like some feedback on it when it's all done. With thousands and thousands of the same car on the road, it's quite a feat to achieve originality. I hope I throw my own little twist on it and get it done.

Yup, and I'm glad there's just another day that there's no chance my ride will get smacked.

Not even two weeks after I bought it, someone targeted my car and drilled it with an egg on a cold summer night, scratching the LF fender, and a little over a month ago, I had a very small fender bender with some dumb old bitch that works close to me, claiming it was my fault (although it was a parking lot no fault accident) when clearly she had skid marks in the snow, and her wheel was turned the opposite direction she was turning... yeah ok bitch.

Isn't worth claiming with insurance, so I'll be using these guys I know to repair the small dents and **** I've already received.

ya i'm pretty sure i've chatted with ya on the phone once or twice while i was at work haha. and yup that would be mine, she's a little dirty right now though.

and the roads aren't really that bad, middle lines are really slushy but other then that they are just wet for the most part. but suprise suprise, deerfoot is backed up with accidents everywhere. people never cease to amaze me with their stupidity when it comes to driving.

Hey! I just thought of something... I was driving a customer vehicle the other day, and you happened to fly up the ass of me while I was doing so... but that's beside the point.

I noticed when you rode up my ass, that you have fairly whiteish fog lamp bulbs? I've started a thread in the Electronic section asking for people's input on what they use for the most WHITE fog lamp bulb. I have a Beamers 6000K HID kit and I haven't had any luck in getting bulbs to match the white light. Closest set I got were $8 ones off of e-bay and the driver's side lasted 2 weeks. God damn Korean junk.

Any suggestions? I don't care really how bright they are, but I want them to match as close as I can.

my fogs are 8000k HID's. and that doesn't really sound like me but it has been known to happen lol. what time did this happen? my passenger headlight currently is 6000k and my driver side is the stock bulb because the stupid driver side HID decided it wanted to burn out again.

but in answer to your question, the only way to get to that whitish point is to go HID
