My post was intended to show that a bias ply tire is not a slick just because it is bias ply. Radial tires can be a true slick. Yours has a tread pattern, therefor not a slick.

A drag radial is a radial tire designed for drag racing.

Wait I just thought about something. Who gives a F***. It's obvious that everybody on this forum is the smartest person in the world. Believe what you want to believe and stop arguing over something so stupid. I go to the track to run my best. I don't care whether I'm faster than the other guy or this guy, I just want my car to go faster. If that means using "slicks", "cheater slicks", or "drag radials" then so be it. If one guy wants to use DR's and the other slicks and the guy with slicks go's faster than thats not the fault of the person using slicks that the other guy isn't getting enough traction. Use the tires you want to use and what you think is best for your ride end of story.
