LNF SS Bleeding Frustrations

I’ll make it simple. Here’s what’s new and changed
4.05LSD
GMPP Clutch Kit
GMPP TOB
Clutch Pipe
Clutch Master Cyl
Clutch Bleeder Block(clutch elbow)
LUK LFW285 Flywheel
Brake Master Cyl
Flywheel, Pressure Plate, TOB bolts all new.

Here’s the issue. Took car to dealership bla bla bla lots of money bla bla bla lots of time bla bla bla car returned with new issues .

Prior to drop off the Brembo brakes were phenomenal. Upon return I’m missing 40% braking performance and pedal is spongy. Clutch Bites close to floor and won’t fully disengage at high rpm.

No leaks, no fluid drippage.

at least 10x bleeding attempts. Took to different shops. Vacuum, pressure, gravity. Can’t get my clutch to feel even close to my old oem used lnf one in terms of stiffness. And brakes I can’t get close to the really good pedal feel and responsiveness I once had.

I Would work on my own **** but I got health issues preventing me from doing a big deal of lifting work. So I got to rely on other people. It hurts hearing the words “car fixed” and getting the car back with the same issues as before.

made a post on the LUK flywheel maybe being a issue with clutch drag at high rpm possible due to incorrect step height but didn’t have enough replies to confirm on that. But still that wouldn’t explain my impossible to bleed brakes. After all said work was done. Originally after 3 months of waiting I had the brakes not feel right. Then another 4 months of the dealer trying new things. I can’t think of a single reliable choice thing to replace going forward.

I need help. I really really need help.

I'm a big fan of the simple 2-person open/down, closed/up method - and that's always my recommendation. If you take it to a shop, they won't do that method. Others here have had luck with vacuum or pressure bleeding - I've had mixed results, the only way that I've ever had near perfect success rate was with the 2-person method. It's simple and not too strenuous.

If you want to have one of the shops try again with the vacuum method, you could probably pass on some of the info that ECaulk shared here: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/new-...3/#post7736677

I also shared my methodology for the 2-person method one post before his.
