LSD Input

Am i missing Options?
Opinions on the options i have Found too Please.

09 Chevy Cobalt SS 2.0 Turbo F35 MC2 Trans

I think there needs to Be a sticky because i have been searching and googling a wile now and here is what i have found, im considering Labor but i dont plan to pay for it i have a lift Time and tools but not everyone is as fortunate as me.
I only wish The LSD was a Standard option, WHY did GM do this to me

1. Swap Trans With LSD Trans >$800 Plus Labor
My Favored option currently other than price but you get what you pay for

2. Order QUAIFE LSD and Install >$1000 plus Labor Pulling Trans and Pulling apart Trans

3. Order OBX LSD "QUAIFE Chinese copy LSD" >$300 Plus Labor
Im not for this being a piece of chinese steel that has lots of mixed reviews i have exp. with OBX exhaust on two occasions on close friends cars and quality there was awfell so why put something like this in a trans?

4. Who know's about Team Green Inserts? $300
They seem affordable and practicle at there price plus there american made.

5. Phantom Grip LSD insert >$400
Simular to Team Green only have a websight so whatever you think of that

team green is a copy of the phantom grip. imo, these style lsd inserts arent that great. basicly, they put pressure on the side gears. they use the same idea as a traditional clutch style limited slip, but without the clutches. it does provide a limited slip effect, however it can accelerate wear on the side gears and diff carrier. ive installed a few of these type of inserts and had mixed results.

Best option, get a whole factory LSD trans. Less money, less time, less guess work.
