need help/ opinions and things.....

ok so i replaced my clutch the other day (08 g5 base, 2.2) and when i went to drive it i got a P0336 code which is the crankshaft position sensor out of range.... im going into work today to take a look at it and figure out what i did wrong, the car stalls when coming to a stop, tach doesnt work, car drives good, no vibration or anything.. only thing i can think of is that when i put my starter back in i may have hit the sensors wire harness and maybe disconnected something, but when i put it back on the hoist yesterday and felt around it all felt and looked fine.... what else could i be looking for? if the wiring looks fine when i pull the starter out today im going to replace the sensor tomorrow when i can get it from the dealership..
