I think they will with a little modding https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/how-guide-43/pclears-custom-short-throw-shifter-29414/ or pclears are a little cheaper
If so, I see the exact one on ebay that I can buy right now.

Here's my Cosmo short shifter installed.

The install took about 2 hours instead of 1 because I had hell removing the shift linkage and trying not to brake the plastic roll pin. The roll pin wasn't really an issue because they give you an aluminum press fit one to replace it with. I had an issue driving out the pin for the reverse lock but I figured I would remove it to keep from having any potential fit problems.
Cool thing was I didn't have to cut anything on the shift assembly to allow it to move freely. I did have to reuse the bushing for the side to side movement pin but that was no big deal.
It reduces the throw of the shifter about 35-45% from what I can tell. Plus the weighted shift knob (which I would say weighs in around 2pounds) really makes the throw seem a lot easier.
I highly recommend the shifter for the money.
