BLAZIN07SS's revised turbo build!
oh....that list the "before i actually put on the turbo parts" list. The only thing I've really accomplished is uninstall my old parts (and sell them), and **** my wife off because she has to drop me off at work every morning until this thing is done
i know. i half assed all the parts i first bought and completely revamped the kit to something i consider perfect. can't wait to work on it

Whale ***** intake needs to be redubbed as the Donkey Dick! lol Honda owns the whole whale ***** thing, and to whomever said it was a Password JDM intake that is a copy. J's Racing was the originator of the whale *****!
Can't wait to see the turbo setup when all is said and done though for sure!

Haha very well noted. I actually think i'm gonna keep the 6262 on the shelf for now. I bought a 50 trim I wanna try out. Call me crazy? How much timing are you talking? And do you mean lean all the way through or can I keep enriching through the rpm range. That's what I like to do just to be safe

Just needs to be lean in the midrange to create a lot of heat to spool it. You richen up as you get into the higher rpms. I usually have it around 12.7 to 13.0 in the mid and 11.5 up high

Oh really? That's interesting. I must have something backwards because I always thought a little more fuel would spool faster from the higher egt's it creates. That plus a lot of timing. But I guess going lean mid range would create more heat in the combustion chamber, where as rich would burn cooler, and in turn make more exhaust heat quicker.
when i come to your house for the build/install remind me not to ride along till all the tuning is done. ill feel a little safer knowing your eyes are on the road and not focusing on exhaust and oil temp
