I dont understand your point, of course a cobalt community is cheap. thats why we have boosted eco boxes and not lambos.

just looks like it was put on incorrectly. no one will know the reason you did it.

just some rubber spacers i found in the tool box.

as far as temp differences honestly i can't notice any.
honestly i probably would not have even done this mod if the thread didn't grow so much aha. the OP was just something that came off the top of my head.
LOL you guys are actually doing this?

you all should get spinners, that way when they spin they keep your brakes cool. Thats important at a stoplight or at the track

You shouldn't be continuously voicing your oppinion against it, who really cares at this point? You and the two other "haters" seem to be the minority in this one.

People will do what they want to their own vehicles regardless of whether or not a couple others dislike the idea or look of it.

And yet you now sit here desperately attempting to defend what YOU think looks good while nearly every other post in this thread is someone else trying the mod for themselves.

I believe actions speak louder than words. It's easy to click no after taking a quick glance at something unorthodox such as this, even if the individual has no actual standpoint on the subject.

The fact of the matter is, at this point, the amount of people downing others that do enjoy the mod (you) is less than that of the people actually trying it out on their own cars. Perhaps you should stop childishly attempting to poke fun at something that many people actually like.

....but its the internet and poking fun is the only fun thing to do. See if i saw you with it in person I have to go "oh wow" but since you post pictures of it online i can say "wow thats ******* stupid" its just the way it works man. Like making fun of my vortex generators. Its all good in my book. But a counter argument to a stupid mod i think is needed or else every ******* car owner is gonna go out there and put spacers under there hoods b/c "they seen it on the internet so it must be a good idea"

Hopefully when they read the thread theyll go "...well maybe i wont prop my hood up because it looks stupid and the gains really are gonna be minimal. not worth looking rediculous. im gonna save that $4 and get a box of condomns to **** some girl tonight" etc. I mean i really face palmed when people said they werent doing it for the "functionality" but for the JDM look. If you see this mod as strictly a + then go ***** out and do it

propping your hood open will change your IAT's when your filter is directly under the passenger headlight behind a thick piece of steel seperating it from the engine bay?

Short Ram Intake
Cold Air Intake

Hmm, i want cold air....so im gonna buy the short ram.

No offense once again, its just me trying to justify
