x2 and please if u put hood spacers on you car please put a sticker on your car that says "I love Haters" because it is so cool and it serves a function, it lets everyone know that you are tasteless.

i kinda like the stern face sticker, its just funny. If my **** was super low id have the "no fat chicks, car will scrape" sticker. but thats like impossible on a cobalt.

Or get a visor warning label that shows a T-shirt n say "Warning: Due to the extreme cooling of my hood spacers, the car will be excessively chilly n a sweatshirt is recommended for optimum comfort"

Dont know if its been mentioned but why wouldnt you just remove the rubber piece that seals the hood to the wiper cowl?

Check the apearance section. I believe there is already a thread there with about 15-20 hoods in there.

A lot of haters in this thread.

:shrugs:

My VR6 Swapped MK2 GTI runs hood spacers. They make a big difference... help keep things a bit cooler under the hood.

On the other hand, I don't run them (or need them) on my Cobalt. The car doesn't suffer from overheating or anything like that (unlike my VR6) and as can be seen from the link in my sig, I don't think I really need the extra cooling for Horsepower, either.

Yep, if that's the look you're going for. I try and keep the outside of my SS as stock appearing as possible.
