so how exactly is the lnf better if your lsj was faster? the way it drives? feels? ive driven an lnf and it felt like weird and hard to get used to...my balt felt more stiff and not as soft..idk

The LNF handles an drives a lot better then the LSJ. LSJ is a great car but I feel the LNF is just put together better.

Everything is better. Already got the catless downpipe, BPV, and K&N intake just waiting for the chance to meet up with CSS3 to get it tuned. everything on this car is better, I'm extremely pleased with it.

only complaint I have is the RPD lacks major brightness even with the contrast turned all the way up and one of the rear speakers is making a whining sound as if it's got a ground loop or something. luckily it's not loud and if the radio is up just a few notches you can't really hear it anymore, but i'd like to figure that out and she's good to go.
Not to sound like an ass... but are you sure it's the speaker? I had a rear whine and it turned out to be the fuel pump. It was so faint... which gm replaced with the same faulty designed unit. Now GM is recalling them AGAIN with a redesigned unit. Just got my recall letter. It was, previous to the recall, covered under my powertain 5/100k warranty

I know alot of people have this problem, including me. If its very dim, check to see if your lights are on. There is issues with the light sensor but GM wont do anything about it. My lights are on in the middle of the afternoon on a partly cloudy day, which in turn makes my radio and RPD go dim its whatever, I just deal with it or lately ive been turning the auto lights off. If your auto lights are off and you keep your fog lights off, it will turn the RPD back to "bright"

Hopefully this helps/works

Put together better? Only major things that changed were the powertrain and trans, suspension, brakes, and seats. Other than that, same car. Its not like GM user better quality interior or exterior materials

Okay let's explain. I have alot less inside "rattle" with my LNF as I did with my LSJ. And the "major" things that you named can make all of the difference. Handling and power are the most important to most people. I would say that the LNF is better bang for ur buck. But like I said, that's my opinion

For 300 bucks u can get fe5 tc struts n shocks for another 80 bucks used ss tc springs, it takes very lil money to upgrade the lsj in the handling department to be on par with the tc.

Yeah 300 bucks is the price for them new, iv seen people buy from 150 used good condiction plus some used pedders for 150. I personally dont like to buy used struts and shock so I paid more for new ones but either way it was not that costly. The main thig the tc has over the sc is cheaper to upgrade for an easy 300+ whp and people seem to love the seats.

Im right here Vander :0 hahahaha and I have driven 2 LSJ's and they all slam real hard while shifting and have awful wheel hop.. I have never had wheel hop in my tc... AT ALL! I know what your saying when you say the LNF handles different and would take some time getting use too... Well after that week passes where your use to it... It is DEFINITELY for the better. It's more of a solid feeling then a loose put together feeling IMO.. More of a sharp narrow stiff feeling.. lmfao HA GHEEEEEEEY but no forreallsss

I went from LSJ to LNF a few weeks ago as well. I love everything but I do miss the iisntant power. Whine > Sneeze. I still like the LNF as a DD better. Seats are more comfortable.

Tc front and rear tranny mounts are less then 90 bucks for both brand new from ced, that will take sure of that issue like iv said it takes very lil money for an lsj to drive and handle as good as the lnf, the lsj was the test car and the refined things with the lnf but as i have already said the money u save buying an lsj is more then enough to upgrade it to be just as good as a lnf or better.

Ok some things I did like about my lsj better. Yes it did have more power and would pull a gms1 car hard all day long. But also when running a fully bolted lnf from a 40 me in 2nd and him in 3rd then seeing taillights sucks lol. As soon as I get tuned in the next 2 weeks or so it'll make more power than my lsj did. One other thing I miss is the seats because I had the g85 package. These tc seats aren't bad. But the recaros did have a bit more hug to them.

As far as the speakers go. Well I was taking my tools and an assortment of stock parts out of my trunk yesterday and putting my jumper cables in the trunk when I noticed aftermarket rear speakers.... Pos boss extremes! And the wires were taped together... Factory wires to new speaker wire. So I pulled out my electrical bag and cut all the wires rest ripped it all and put actual connectors on everything. Didn't help though so I just unhooked the ******* and am now in the market for some factory pioneer rear speakers from an SS lol.

Let me say this, I drove an LSJ for 5 years. Just now got a turbo car, I desperately miss that instant boost/torque.

Throwing an sc on a car makes it feel like a bigger displacement engine.
Throwing a turbo on a car makes it feel like a small engine that makes power but not right when you want it, like a two stroke.
