What Have You Done To Your Cobalt Today?
New rotors all around, new rear pads, cleaned and lubed all pins and sliders with Permatex ceramic 3000f synthetic brake lube, and installed front Goodridge stainless braided brake lines. Used ATE 200 brake fluid - still need to get the rear braided lines installed.

Nice. Braided lines make a BIG difference.
Yeah I had an emergency stop situation on the highway in heavy traffic where the pedal almost hit the floor... after 10 years and 110k miles of daily driving, they're a little worn.
Even with only the front lines changed at the moment it made a big difference, can't wait to get all 4 of the rears on.

I drove to the mountains I love during my childhood, only to find a dead forest full of depression and death. Guess the wildfire 2 years ago destroyed the place.
Also I pissed off some kid in an eclipse with a body kit because he couldn't keep up. I'd say he needed more stickers.

I don't have a set price for it, so its not really an issue for me.
I'm not one of the kiddies who think my car is worth 12k, because of mods and how mint it is.
I'll de-mod it, put it back to stock and go from there. I'm starting to get over the sport compact scene.

Question for all. Upon leaving home in my '06 LSJ last night, clutch feel was fine, brake pedal went to the floor, with zero resistance. No brakes. Found out coming up to a red light; that was awesome.
Clutch is great, brakes go to the floor. checked fluid, it was low, but not out. I'm thinking Master Cylinder, but don't know much about hydraulic systems. is there anything i should check first? haven't disconnected or anything, so no way to have introduced air as far as I'm aware...
