So can I ask You something? I have the Air intake Adapter on it already and I have a AEM Cone on it. Now If I go back and put the cone in the stock box will it sound better that way in the box or just the way it is now in the open? Thanks

 

put a aftermarket filter on the stock airbox and leave the bottom off

 

I received the filter today! The Injen Hydroshield from TTRacing fits it too.

My quest is finally over. lol

EDIT: I think they overcharged me now that I look at it. The price is different now and so is my credit card charge...hmmm. Looks like I should have kept that "PrtScn" copy of when I had it in my online shopping cart. I just deleted that copy 3 hours ago! It went from ~$38 to ~$44 (what it is now). But then again I could be wrong since I don't have the copy anymore.

there would be a sound change, but if you do this like its shown, all the time it was done I didnt have the filter fall off, ever.

 

the airbox mod is finally done

the supercharger isn't as loud as I was expecting, but still a lot more noticeable than my last car

I had fun whipping around town this morning just to listen to it

 

i had airbox mod for a little while....than got my self CAI Fujita .... Much louder .....

 

did mine today.made a custom cutout for more airflow while still blocking water.SHE WHINES!!

The best thing would be to take fog light out for extra air.....i'm thinking about it

 

my gas mileage went to hell too! lol
