I think I've expierenced this before, without actually having it.
When I was test fitting my custom short ram intake, the tube I used to connect to the Air Injection inlet, was a little small in diameter, but I squeezed it on there, found out later, the tube was way too small, but anyways, when I started the car it had a CEL and a No Traction control light, drove it around the block and WOW were those shifts harder then hell! I hope when I get this product in a week, the shifts are just as hard!

It really makes no difference unless you really get on it. I'd rather spin my tires then have the "traction control" cut my throttle.

I also disabled ABS, it's like a 2 for 1 special. Really easy too

How?? is it reversible? This might not be a bad idea if its easy to reverse

edit: Advantage of disabling ABS is what?

Easier to stop if you know how to drive.

Just remove the ABS fuse under the hood, removing mine got rid of both that pesky ABS, and their sad excuse for Trac Control

I use mine every now and then, but not always on but I think Hack always has his on and he says it's good so far. But as for the velcro (spelling) it comes with pretty much sucks, so I went to Radio Shack and spent $3 on some double sided tape and it holds up through the Florida heat and humidity. This is an awesome investment....will prolong the life of your transmission even longer.

as long as it hooked into that large plug, thats the cluster of wires we need to tap eh ? mine doesnt look like the pic above, i can post one here later tonight to show a better view. i did however tap the light blue wire, and the orange WITH A BLACK STRIPE (since there was another loose orange without a stripe)

what harm would it be to just test this and give it a shot ? lol i dont think i want to find out.

Mine looked slightly different also, my wire cluster was a little further down in the engine bay and a little more of a pain in the ass, and as you said, testing it might really screw something up but you don't know....After you post your pic tonight I will try and see where you need to hook up to.

cool, ill give her a hookup tomorrow and take pics, it looks pretty nice if i show everything.

it just threw me off that it didnt come from between the block and the fuse box like hack's picture. but i asuppose as long as i tap the right wires that hook inside that plug, im good...

Yea I try and drive as good as possible and I use to work at a 7/11 and I know a lot of Polk Sheriffs and there cool with me (got pulled 112 in a 65, and he let me go cause I gave him free coffee). Now the Winter Haven 50....51 in a 40, and going slower than another car and first ticket....then my headlight blew out and get gave me a $15 fixer...wtf. I just don't have that good of luck toward the Winter Haven Cops.

Yes from Hacks illustration it kind of threw me off to but it looks as if you have everything right, I think they changed a few things from year to and it messed me up when he said, "...between the block and the fuse box..." but once I talked with him he cleared it up for me though.

I would be willing to bet money its a tiny PIC inside the casing, that just has some ASM coded to it, to change the tranny pressure.
