I would love to do this to my Gen 3s but I haven't seen it done.

Has anyone done this before? Does anyone know the size of the CCFLs needed for the Gen 3s?

what size are the LED's in the 3rd gen's. anyone know?

 

idk the size u might hav 2 bust out the calipers n do some measurements. i hav pink ccfl for some reason they cant get uv ccfl. i found another ***** spot but they want specific measurements and they can get me uv. but i want a new prj the 1 i hav is aging.

they fog at times (more so on the passenger side then the drivers by far) the clear coat is peeling on the drivers both turn signals bulbs are shitty and light output sorta sucks. i think the connections were getting rusty but i disconnected and reconnected both of the plugs and no problems since

id like to start over from scratch with a new pair BUT i know i dont have as much time as before (plus the LBM paint was 75 for a pint)

 

so wait, the top picture after you finished was the parking light function? Thats bright as **** if so, brighter than my standard headlights are now...

 

ya all the pictures in the first post are parking only. i agree with you thou the projector halogen bulbs are shitty. ive been meaning to get hids for some time but it still hasnt happened

 

does anyone know what size the rings are in the M3? Or any other cars that would use a 100mm and/or a 90mm ring?

A few things to add.. If u order through retro solution website it's 35 shipped per set .. And on the 90 mm you don't have to cut the clips they don't come with them anymore
