If You get CM Springs, it don't lower that bad. Drive like stock and give good stance to it. You can see that in my image, You will get that idea. By the way, NICE RIDE! LOL!

If you're considering CM springs then you might want to take a look at this review I made about SSC springs which are the same springs (CM/SSC).

Thanks a lot man. I love the drop it gave you. After having them for a while... what would you say the PRO's and CONS are (if any).... had any issues with them?

And next question... did you have to get different end links or anything with the drop?

after proably a year of being lowered, you will need to upgrade your struts, and shocks.

Yeah, I am planning to get Koni's cause I had my CM Springs for 1 year. It got stiff and harsh mostly in front.

Yeah thats why i kind of want to wait... and do it right. Get the Konis at the same time and just do it all at once. Ill most likely wait and do it when i blow a shock/strut first...

tell you the truth, the new koni struts and shocks i think are 600 , then a other 200+ for springs. you might as well go buy coilovers !

I didn't keep them for long, soon after I changed for coilovers because I wanted to go lower. I liked them though. The pictures I posted on the other thread were taken not long after, I think it was a week. They settled soon afterward maybe another half a finger all around and the ride became less smooth than it was the week before. Even though the ride quality suffered it remained close to stock, sure I did notice when I drove through a pothole or something but that's part of the game. Ride quality was so much better than my current coilovers though . I'm keeping them for the moment, I'll swap them back next winter or when I sell the balt so I can sell the coilovers separately. Definitely recommand if you want to go lower without sacrificing too much ride quality and handling.

So... update on the balt.... finally seeing more benefit from after installing my IC pump.... first WHOLE tank of gas had 304 miles and the gas light had JUST popped on.... before the new IC pump... i was barely getting like 265miles after driving with the gas light on for a day.... and filling up with about 12 gallons.

I barely filled 11gallons in today on 304miles driven.... came out to avg mileage city/highway 27.6mpg. Definitely a huge improvement~

So... going to try to do some maintenance on the balt this weekend.... since im about to roll over 100k miles.

Im just got my AC Delco fuel filter in the mail... gunna try to throw that on.... going to try to pick up some delco plugs.... and MAF cleaner to clean my maf sensor... and probably clean out my K&n filter.

Also ... the other day... i noticed that my K&n Intake tube has been rubbing/rattling on the PCM for some time... and kind of work 2 holes into the tube.... i need to fix that somehow.... so im not running lean. Car is running fine... but that still needs to be fixed asap. Im thinking just getting some epoxy from the parts store.... also planning to get a few new vacuum lines to replace that are old and cracked and falling apart.... i dont think i have a boost leak yet... but it wont be long.

Still barely getting 300 at best per tank... depending on where i fill up.... so id like to see better gas mileage if i can...

remember dont touch the maf sensor minus spraying it, also clean your throttle body while ur at it

Yeah ive already cleaned the throttle body to get rid of the slight idle surge that it had when i bought it.... and cleaned as far as i could inside the SC.....

And yea i have readthe write up on the FF.... i need to buy the quick disconnect tool this weekend to replace that.

Ill also try to re-adjust where my intake sits so it doesnt rattle on the PCM anymore when i remove it to clean the mass air flow.... ive never taken the intake completely off... so maybe its just mounted on the bottom end wrong or something.... will remove fender well and wheel this weekend to look at it.
