If you go to court and pay the maximum fine for the ticket they "should" keep it off your record.

I got my motor mount installed...not the tranny mounts though...hopefully this next Thurs. or Fri. I can do that. I'll get a couple pics up in a minute.

I didn't get to drive it around yet, but I did a little in the driveway driving...there are vibes, but I can't tell that it's that bad. Besides, like people say, when they get some use on them, they'll calm down a little hopefully. I will find out later when I deliver pizza how it is...2PM to 8PM.

I'm also curious if it will be better when the tranny mounts are installed? Any input there?

Here's pics:

Also, here's my exhaust setup:

You can see the LSJ cat-back, then the SCE gasket for the header. Then there are the headers...the Pacesetter 2.0 header is above the 2.2/2.4 header. You can see the difference in primaries. And last but not least is the Exhaust Depot DP catless with resonator.

I'm debating on sending the 2.0 Pacesetter to Jet Hot to get it coated with an actual high temp coating for when I go SC (I'm not going to do this until I'm sure the SC plans are finalized)...but it's an extra $170 which isn't too bad and it can handle temps up to 1300 degrees...it also insulates it so the temp in the engine bay will be a little lower.

That may be a good idea ... I wonder how many of us we could do in a day

Do you have springs compressors?

Brett, do you guys have a press or some sort of tool to pop out the old control arm bushing and press in a new one?

It has to be able to press in the steel sleeve that houses the new bushing. \/

Is the Ticket in Anoka County? If so, you pretty much Fu*ked. They dont play the no same or similar game..well at least they didnt a few years back.

I sat in court for about 3-4 hours just waiting for my turn to see the prosecutor (make your deal with him) ...if you think you can sweet talk the judge you'll be in for a surprise and about $300+ more in fines for court fees.

The prosecutor lowered the fine for me and that's about all Anoka county would do. They told me they dont play the no same or similar game

It was fun to watch people pass up the prosecutor and try there luck against the Judge He ripped them a new one. Ticket fine was like $160 but he told them they now owe $500 because of court fees and such ....dont go that route.

they can throw me in county if it comes down to that because the most they'll get out of me is the ticket fine. I'll take a lower ticket fine if nothing else. I think I have a shot at something because this is only my second ticket...4 years from the last ticket so we'll see. If not, then I waste my time in court and yeah.

They feel great. I haven't really tested them out on any corners though. They also look badass on the car.

There was only one other SS out there and that was a red one. Lol, there was this really shitty Cobalt out there with just some muffler and dual tipped. It looked like the base and they were doing stupid stuff and revving all around. ugh.

This tire shop. It was where all the subies used to hang out.

Better choice in my opinion. For some reason I still get the shocked look when I take out another car like as if they thought the cobalt didn't come supercharged or now turbo. I love it.
