Yay, finally got home...my son went to the hospital Saturday night with Bronchiolitis...similar to bronchitis and he's still there, but he should be getting out tonight. Not very fun sitting around in a hospital with nothing to do.

I'm filling his prescription for his Nebulizer and oral steroids, then I'm off to work at Domino's..

Front end is making a lot of noise over bumps and everything else...what should I check? LCA bushings? Endlinks? I'd like to replace the LCA's with SS/SC LCA's and upgrade the front sway and endlinks, but I don't know how to go about doing it all. I don't think I'll be upgrading the sway or LCA's anytime soon...so should I mess with the endlinks even? I mean if they are worn out should I still replace them or just wait until I can get the other stuff upgraded? What should I get? Moog or aftermarket or what?

OK, so I have more questions...I'm almost positive it's my end links that are shot from doing some reading....probably have OK LCA bushings, but I'll check it all tomorrow to find out for sure.

What's the best replacement for me? Should I get FE5 end links, Moog end links, PowerGRID adjustable links, or what? Maybe I'll take my chances and order the FE5 front sway, end links, and other necessary things to mount the bar and hope I get them by the 23rd.

Like I said on MNSC in the meet thread...I'm working 2nd shift tonight so I won't be done until probably 8 or 8:30...but I'll try to get done as early as possible and book it out there. If I get done before 8, I will just head out there to see if anybody is still there. If not, oh well. There will be other weeks to come out as well. I'm working 2nd shift today because I wasn't sure when my son would be home from the hospital so I told them to switch me with one of the 2nd shift guys so they wouldn't be short handed.

BTW, with that second catch can, it just seems like a pain in the ass to have to run a second one...no way around it I suppose...is everything else running pretty good with the car? Tuning all taken care of now or do you still have some fine tuning to do with Vince?

Well if its not raining we will stick around till atleast 9pm id assume.

Yeah the dual catch can seems to be the only option I can do without restricting the flow at the catch can, but its still just a idea for now.

Its just got a base tune still, its sitting apart in the garage again, I need to redo all the lines again. Had them hooked up wrong.

I have been on there forever...I mainly watch the marketplace and the off topic and the picture/video thread....some pretty good photog's in there that I'd like to learn a thing or two from...speaking of which, I picked up an EF mount 50mm 1.8 mkII from West Photo this morning...couldn't find a used one locally so I just bought new. For a cheap lens, it sure does a nice job. Some day when I have money and get better with my XSi, I will upgrade to the f/1.4.

I'm going to go see if I can't install my front and rear tranny mounts really quick. How long do you think that should take? Hour or hour and a half maybe? I just have to swap the mounts out as the bushings are already pressed into stock mounts.

Yes, lots of teenagers on there though, but some of the weekly meets are decent I think.

it shouldnt be too bad you already have the mounts pressed in/out, thats the hard part.

loosen the side passanger mount 3 15mm bolts by 3/4 a turn, then use a jack to hold the engine/trans and install the front mount and rear mount.

then remember to tighten the side mount again.

Front one was easy...the 3 15mm bolts on the rear are easy, but what about the bolt through the middle of the mount? What's the best way to get it off?

I don't have a breaker bar, just a piece of pipe I usually use...no room for it though. I'm about to bust a nut straining with it though...lol. I'll just keep working on it.

OK, nevermind...lowered the car back down to get a better angle on it and it finally broke loose...now I have to jack the damn car up again...was trying to avoid the car going up and down, but oh well...now to hurry and install it.

Those lights may be the single most retarded thing I have ever seen in the history of ever.
