4T45 are already rotated. What you may want is stiffer Bushings, wich I think you already have. But yeah for LSD and High Stall.

Yeah it's just because the MAf starts freaking out and doesn't know what to do. All your tuner has to do is raise the KPa that it sees. Should be a simple fix..
