Well I am trying to figure this out. I am getting a code 2135 Tim at Zzp have tried to do a few things with no luck. Tim also sent me out another computer out thinking it was the computer. I installed it lastnight before work and was fine on way to work. Got in car to come home lastnight and code came back as soon as I drove off, it cleared and didn't come back till this morning, when I went to take daughter to school, did same thing cleared and didnt come back???? I did look at the tps readings ans at idle it is from 19-20%, with key in the on position not running it is @ 35% but once it is started it goes to 20%. Only othe thing I noticed is at wot tps only goes to 88.9%. Does anyone know it those readings are right?

Thanks Staged, and sorry for that. Update if anyone is wondering. I removed TB and cleaned, also wire brushed all mating surfaces of SC and TB, lubed rubber seal the reinstalled and torqued. Let it idle after and tps % dropped down to between 15-16 they where 18-20 before so I am thinking that may have fixed issue. Drove it to work today with no issues. I was able to get a good data log also. Sent the log to Tim at Zzp and he tweeked my tune some more. Very please so fare with the tweeks. Will post back in a few days to let you all know if the code stayed away

 

Well light came back as soon as I started car to come home tonight. I cleared it and it stayed off for my 30 min drive home. Guess its time to start throwing parts at it!!!! What should I start with TB or petal

 

Changed TB today light hasnt come back yet, will see in the next couple days if it is gone
