Codes on my LNF

P0100- MAF or VAF A Circuit malfunction
P0113- IAT Sensor 1 Circuit High Input
P0300- Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0301- cylinder 1 misfire detected
P0303- cylinder 3 misfire detected

Those are the codes, and I saw what they stood for. I just don't know what I'm dealing with here.
Cylinders misfiring makes me think there's something off with the spark plugs, but I just installed them. They're brand new. Basically 10 miles on those damn things.

My suggestion is to concentrate on the first two. The misfires are a symptom rather than a problem, so they may get cured by solving the P01XX codes. MAF sensor: you can try cleaning. IAT I believe is integrated with one of the MAP sensors but I could be mistaken. All three of them (MAF and 2 MAP's) are not that expensive but you can try troubleshooting those to narrow down which is the problem, if any. That's where I'd start. I know you're on a budget so see if you can find a way to test rather than just pulling and replacing.

Are you laying the hammer down when these codes happen? Does it happen right away? I agree above, the misses are a by product, possibly. I used to get random misses when I had shitty gas, only when I really leaned on the throttle.

If they only have 10 miles on them and the problems started em immediately after install I would say that's hwre your issue lies.

Either they are faulty/ gapped incorrectly/ not right for your application or the coils could be not seated correctly or they aren't tightened down enough. Not that they need to be very tight
